The Daily Athenaeum Production Department is hiring a Computer Graphic Artist & Production Manager for the Spring 2010 semester. Training will begin in the Fall 2009 Semester. The candidate should have Graphics experience with InDesign and Photoshop. This candidate must be a good proof reader and be dependable. Student Billing Assistant is needed in the OB/GYN Department at the Health Sciences Center. The rate of pay is $8.93 per hour. This position performs limited billing functions in accordance with billing standards set forth in the University Health Associates Compliance Policy, insurance regulations and coding guidelines.
Requirements:
Knowledge of anatomy, physiology or medical terminology preferred.
Working knowledge of federal and state laws pertaining to medical billing preferred.
Familiar with ICD-9 and CPT coding principles preferred.
Certified Coding Associate (CCA) or Certified Procedural Coder Apprentice (CPC-A) highly desired.
